From the pastures of Central Queensland to the lush valleys of Northern Tasmania, the IMC Steak House showcases some of the finest produce from farmers around Australia; guaranteeing tender, juicy steaks of the highest quality. The IMC hopes to show that 'great' and 'Australian' need not be 'expensive'. The IMC also has a well-stocked wine and craft beer bar, draught beer on tap, and monthly showcase steaks. The IMC Steak House Menu is updated regularly to reflect seasonal produce and changes in beef market prices.
Our grill team is passionate about grilling the perfect steak to order. Never hesitate to ask our team to take another crack and get it right if you are not thoroughly satisfied with your steak! This is what we do!
